For anyone with advanced hair loss or full baldness, SMP can recreate the appearance of a freshly shaved head. Done well, nobody will look twice. Done badly, it looks flat or painted on. The difference comes down to a few details:

Keep any remaining hair clipped short, protect your scalp from strong sun once healed, and book an occasional top-up.
Will SMP look fake if I am completely bald?
Not when it is done properly. Layered dots, the right shade and a natural hairline are what make it look like a real shaved head.
